The WORST DENTIST & STAFF
This has got to be the worst dentist ever. First my granddaughter has been going there for about a year. In November the dentist said she needed a root canal done on a primary (baby) tooth and scheduled to have the procedure done at North bank because she said my granddaughter needed to be put to sleep. Appt. Was scheduled and they cancelled the day before saying the dentist was on vacation. It was scheduled again the following month and they again rescheduled 2 before saying dentist was on vacation again. The staff was completely unprofessional over the phone so we drove there to talk to someone and the doors were locked at 3:30. Lots of other people also had appts. and couldn't get in. We waited for a few minutes and someone then put a closed sign on the door and acted like she didn't see us. The dentist is Holly O'Shea! Been months and my granddaughter has been waiting!!! This dentist is just in it for the money!!!! We have now found a new dentist.
